Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars.
You can order online securely through PAYPAL.
You can also pay by cheque, remembering that your order will not arrive until the cheque arrives and is cleared. Should you wish to pay by cheque we will email you an invoice with the address information you require.
If you are a customer from outside of Australia please remember your cheque needs to be an international cheque.
Australian buyers please note: At this stage there are no GST charges applicable to these products. This may change in the future.
Delivery
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible after your payment clears. It will be packed up and waiting to go as soon as that happens…then please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
Postage
Postage and handling charges are calculated by the online system.
Returns
If you are unhappy with the product please email us in the first instance to let us know what’s gone wrong, especially if the item arrived damaged.
We will exchange or refund any items you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt (please ask for proof of postage from the post office in case the package gets lost or damaged in transit).
